What are the delivery times for Eclaix submersible lighting solutions?
The delivery times for Eclaix aquatic lighting products vary depending on the project. In general, you should allow between 2 and 5 weeks for the manufacturing and shipping of your order. For a more precise estimate based on your specific needs, please contact us.
Do you offer technical support for installation and commissioning of pool lights?
Yes, we provide technical support for the installation and commissioning of our aquatic lighting. Our teams are available 5 days a week to advise you and answer your questions. A pre-study sheet can also be sent on request to help identify your requirements and determine the most suitable outdoor pool luminaires.
Do you offer tailor-made solutions for specific projects?
Yes, we offer customized aquatic lighting solutions for your specific projects. We can carry out lighting studies with 3D simulations if you provide us with your pool plans in DWG format. We can also assist you with relamping projects and recommend bespoke aquatic lighting tailored to your needs.
How does Eclaix after-sales service work?
Our after-sales service is available to assist you whenever needed. If you encounter a problem with your pool lighting, here are the steps to follow:
- Contact: Get in touch with us, providing the after-sales form with a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product concerned.
- Analysis: We review your request and identify the nature of the issue.
- Return: If an intervention is necessary, the pool light must be returned to the following address: 1120 Route de la Grave, 06440 L’ESCARÈNE, France.
- Solution: We will then offer you an appropriate solution, whether it’s troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.
- Our coverage will apply according to warranty conditions.
What warranties do you offer?
Thanks to the high quality of our products, Eclaix offers a 2-year warranty on electronics and a 10-year warranty on stainless steel parts.
You also have the option of extending the electronics warranty to 5 years. You can find full conditions and procedures on our After-Sales Service page.
How can I benefit from the 5-year extended warranty?
To request the 5-year electronics warranty extension, you must complete our warranty extension form from our After-Sales Service page.
The request must be submitted within 3 months from the invoice date. After your request is accepted, the electronics warranty will be extended to 5 years from the invoice date. Eclaix will then provide you with your warranty extension identification code.
How do I maintain and prolong the lifespan of my submersible lighting?
To maintain and extend the lifespan of your submersible lighting projectors, regular care is essential. Here are our recommendations:
- Regularly clean your submerged lights to remove limescale, algae, and other residues that could impair performance.
- Inspect seals and cables for any wear or issues that could compromise waterproofing.
- Check the mounting of the aquatic projectors to ensure they remain securely positioned.
- Always use a power supply compliant with the product specifications to prevent overvoltage or malfunction.
What is the protection rating of Eclaix aquatic lighting?
Eclaix aquatic lighting has an IP68 protection rating. This rating guarantees complete protection against dust and long-term immersion under water. It ensures optimal performance and maximum safety for our pool LED projectors when used underwater.
